- 1 lb meat (rump roast/eye of round roast/London broil)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
trim fat from beef and slice thin (1/16 inch)
Stir everything but beef together
soak beef in the sauce - the longer it soaks, the spicier it gets
Dry in a food dehydrator
